race in america
Race relations in America is the topic which no one wants to discuss civilly. It depends who you talk to, blacks seem to think that they will always be discriminated against and they're very good at playing the race, whites think that there is no black discrimination and young people think that blacks have been treated so bad in the past that is OK to treat white people badly or that whites have to feel guilty about what has happened to blacks in the past. I personally don't feel guilty about anything that I wasn't involved in. My family immigrated here and earl early 1900s and did not own slaves. I do think there is a double standard that applies to white people where in, you are supposed to feel guilty because your are white, and you are supposed to possess be a thing called white privilege this is so for the truth it's ridiculous. I have lived through segregation and although blacks were denied access too many things, those with things that I no control over. It's been over 50 years since segregation and blacks have access to everything white have. I do believe blacks want to holler race any time they think they're been mistreated. I think the race card has been over played so that when it is true that someone was treated wrong because of their race, no one wants to list. I think that civil rights leaders, such as Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the Eric holder divide the races and benefit by keeping them divided. This also holds true for president Obama
